Science now backs the benefits of meditation, but more than that, it just makes everything better! The thing about meditation is that it can be a lot like eating healthy or getting to the gym, which means it can be challenging to stay accountable.
That’s why we created the #meditate14 challenge! Let’s team up to dedicate 10 minutes of our day for at least 14 days to meditate and see if we notice any differences in our lives. We can be partners in our practice by posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or here in the comments below. Here are a few resources to get you started. Get at least 14 days of meditation in between now and the end of August. If you miss a day or two, don’t give up. It’s practice not perfection. We can’t wait to hear about your experiences and what you notice in your day to day that perhaps feels different. Don’t hesitate to ask us ANY questions!
