After our recent podcast on Fitness Basics, we received a ton of requests for tips on how to do the bodyweight exercises. Luckily for you all, when Kendall was out in California for our epic work trip, we made this exercise video in Susan’s home gym.
Many people who have spent the majority of their life drinking and using have no idea where to start when it comes to an exercise program. If that sounds like you, these exercises are the perfect place to start. We go over the beginner versions of the squat, plank, push-up, step-up and lunge. No equipment is needed except for a wall, a curb and a chair! Just pair these exercises a few times per week with a daily walk and you’ve got a solid fitness regimen!
