Science now backs the benefits of meditation, but more than that, it just makes everything better! The thing about meditation is that it can be a lot like eating healthy or getting to the gym, which means it can be challenging to stay accountable.
That’s why we created the #meditate14 challenge! Let’s team up to dedicate 10 minutes of our day for at least 14 days to meditate and see if we notice any differences in our lives. We can be partners in our practice by posting on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or here in the comments below. Use the hashtag #meditate14 plus tag us on any of our social media outlets and we’ll enter you into the drawing to attend our online Six Weeks To Evolved Recovery course coming soon!

As the perennial new girl, in order to fit in and feel comfortable in my own skin, I drank and later used my way through my teenage years. Continue reading You Are Not Who You Once Were
The past week was one of the best experiences of my life and I owe it all to recovery. It was a very simple thing really. Nothing in comparison to some of the bragging rights of my past, but far outweighs any of those ego driven experiences. I went on vacation with my family. Nothing new, I’ve done this many times.
